Julian was the Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert on this major infrastructure project to replace the provision and servicing of all networking for the NHS England estate. This would then be deployed to the NHS Improvement estate to provide a single, integrated network.

Julian was responsible for the definition of the overall strategic approach. Defining the need for a modern, software-defined network to support the move to the cloud and the adoption of a “Modern Workplace” where staff work from wherever they need or want to be, not tied into specific offices.
